Karis Rygg
Education
Karis Rygg has a master’s degree in Acupuncture and is a licensed acupuncturist in Minnesota. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Art Therapy. Karis decided to become an acupuncturist because she has always wanted to help people and has always studied them. Â

Recently Karis also became  certified as a Reiki ll (2) practitionerÂ
Background
Karis decided to become an acupuncturist because she has always wanted to help people and has always studied them. Â Karis has done clinical work at U of M Fairview Journey Clinic, De Rusha Clinic at Northwestern Health Sciences University, Integrative Clinic of Minnesota, Â and M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital. Â
Personal Information
Karis is a single parent with two children who are her heart and soul, and she loves spending every second she can with them. She also has three cats, Hammer, Nezzie, and Ruper who are now part of the family. She loves to spend time with friends and family whenever possible. Karis and her children like to be play outdoors, camp, hike, and going to parks and the zoo. They also love to travel, play games, and just spend time with each other.Â
